Dr. Oluyemisi Abimbola

Oluyemisi Abimbola Ph.D is the Managing Partner of the firm. She has acted as Co-counsel in celebrated constitutional law cases up to the Supreme Court. She has considerable experience in Litigation and advising clients in the fields of Insolvency, Administrative & Constitutional Law, Commercial law, Labour & Employment Law, Matrimonial causes/Family Law, Humanitarian and Human Rights Law, Environmental law & Natural Resources. She holds a doctorate degree in Environmental Law from the School of Law, University of KwaZulu-Natal, Durban, South Africa. She has written and presented papers at international and local conferences on Company law and practice, Humanitarian law and Human Rights and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She currently serves as Dean of the School of Law, Lead City University.

Oluyemisi Abimbola is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, a former Chairperson of Federacion Internacionale D’Abogadas (FIDA), Oyo State Branch from 2008-2010, a member of the International Bar Association and presently Legal Adviser to the Nigerian Red Cross Society, Oyo state branch. She is also involved in women and children’s rights advocacy and sits on the Board of some NGOs with this focus, while also a resource person and Consultant to the Oyo State Ministry of Women Affairs and Child Welfare on various social re -engineering projects sponsored by UNICEF, USAID and DFID.
