Oluseun M. Abimbola SAN

Oluseun Abimbola SAN is the Senior Partner of the Firm. His areas of expertise are Litigation, Telecommunications Law, ADR, Appellate practice, Commercial law, & Intellectual Property. He has used his innovative skills in advisory services, litigation strategy and process on behalf of Nigerian Telecommunications Plc, and Airtel Networks, and is reputed not to have lost a Telecommunications litigation case.

His other areas he regularly advises on are Banking, Corporate and Project Finance. An Arbitrator and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, An Internationally accredited Mediator with CEDR (UK) with vast experience mediating commercial disputes, he sits as a Neutral and Faculty Member of the Multi Door Court houses in Lagos and Oyo states Ibadan. He is a member of the International Bar Association. He was named in the global WHO’S WHO LEGAL 2014 and 2016 as the global legal expert in Nigeria in the field of telecommunications, media and technology. He served with dinstinction from 2016 till 2019 as the Honourable Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice, Oyo State of Nigeria and is currently, the Chairman of the N.B.A Section on Legal Practice. He was conferred with the prestigious rank of Senior Advocate of Nigeria (Queen’s Counsel in the UK) in the year 2020 in recognition of his quality as an advocate.
